Greek Pizza with Ground Beef

Ingredients
- 11 oz (330 g) ground beef
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
- 1 1/3 cup (330 mL) pizza sauce
- 4 pita breads
- 1 green bell pepper trimmed and minced
- Few pitted black olives or green olives sliced
- 8 oz (240 g) Canadian Feta cheese crumbled or Canadian Mozzarella cheese grated
- A few pinches of Italian seasonings

Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
In skillet, brown ground beef in oil. Remove skillet from heat and drain off fat. Set aside.
Spread each pita generously with pizza sauce. Cover evenly with ground beef, pepper strips and olives slices. Sprinkle with Canadian Feta cheese. Season to taste with Italian seasonings.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with green salad.
