Pork Kebabs au Gratin

Ingredients
- 1 small baguette cut into 18 slices
- 8 oz (250 g) pork tenderloin cut into 18 slices
- 8 oz (150 g) thinly sliced prosciutto
- 18 small bell pepper chunks
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Few pinches of Dried rosemary
- 4 oz (125 g) Canadian Brie cheese sliced

Preparation
Roll up prosciutto slices around pork slices. Thread 3 pork slices alternately with bread slices and pepper chunks on 6 skewers.
Brush kebabs with olive oil and season to taste with salt, pepper and rosemary. Grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Just 3 minutes before kebabs are done, top withslices of Canadian Brie cheese, close lid and continue cooking.
Serve immediately on shredded lettuce, as appetizers.
