Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) linguine
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
  • 1 pkg (8 oz/250 g) Canadian Cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) capers
  • Pepper to taste
  • 8 oz (250 g) smoked salmon

Preparation

In large saucepan of salted boiling water, cook linguine according to package directions until al dente; drain.

In same saucepan, sauté green onion in oil for 2 minutes. Stir in cooked pasta, Canadian Cream cheese and capers; pepper to taste. Heat through over low heat, stirring frequently. Divide linguine into 4 plates. Garnish with slices of smoked salmon.
