Citrus Fruit Bread

Ingredients
- 3 cups (750 mL) all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp (10 mL) baking powder
- of salt
- 1 cup (250 mL) softened butter
- 2 cups (500 mL) brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) fresh orange juice
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 cup (250 mL) Milk
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) grated orange zest
- Icing sugar

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Butter and lightly flour 2 9 x 5-inch (23 x 13 cm) loaves pan. Set aside.
In large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. In other bowl, cream butter with brown sugar. Blend in flour mixture.
Beat orange juice, lemon juice, eggs, milk and orange rind into flour mixture with electric mixer. Mix well. Pour into pan and bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Let cool and dust top with icing sugar before serving.
