- 20 cocktail crackers
- Canadian Cream cheese
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) minced onion
- 20 capers
- 8 oz (240 g) smoked salmon sliced
- Lemon juice
- Pepper
- Olive oil

Preparation
Spread Canadian Cream cheese on crackers and sprinkle with chopped onions and capers. Season with pepper and garnish with a slice of smoked salmon.
Top with a few drops of lemon juice and olive oil. Serve immediately.
