Meatloaf Milano

Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef
- 8 oz (250 g) lean ground pork
- 1 pkg (about 70 g) mushroom soup mix
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 can (7 1/2 oz/213 mL) pizza sauce
- 4 oz (125 g) Canadian Mozzarella* cheese thinly sliced

Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
In large bowl, combine beef, pork, soup mix, bread crumbs, onion, egg and half of the pizza sauce; mix well. Press into 9 inch (23 cm) pie plate. Bake 40 minutes or until done. Drain.
Spread remaining pizza sauce over meat; arrange Canadian Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges and serve.
Tips
* Or you can use thinly sliced Canadian Provolone or Fontina cheese.
