Espresso Martini Mocktail
Shake up an old favourite with this Espresso Martini Mocktail, sure to elevate any holiday gathering or a quiet night in. The best part is you don’t have to be a master mixologist to make this Canadian cream-infused masterpiece.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup (60 ml/ 2 oz) Canadian half and half cream
- ½ cup (125 ml/ 4 oz) espresso, cooled
- ¼ cup (60 ml/ 2 oz) simple syrup
- ¼ tsp (1 ml) vanilla extract
- 12-16 ice cubes
- Coffee Beans (for topping)

Preparation
In a shaker, combine Canadian half and half cream, espresso, simple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Shake vigorously for 1 minute, then pour the mixture into glasses.
Top each glass with a few coffee beans.
