- 20-25 sheets of filo pastry ( 2 boxes )
- 12 slices bacon
- 20 slices Canadian raclette cheese
- 200 ml (7 oz) Canadian cooking cream
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Fold filo pastry sheets lengthwise into 5 cm high folds.
Place one behind the other in a baking dish (8 x 6 in / 20 x 15 cm)
Arrange bacon slices between the sheets.
Add slices of raclette cheese in between the folds of the sheets to distribute it evenly in the dish.
Mix cooking cream, eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl and pour evenly over the dish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
