Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt made with 100% Canadian milk
  • 1 tbsp lotus seed paste or red bean paste
  • Fresh fruit (mandarins, pomegranate)
  • Crushed biscuits of choice
  • For Topping: mini chocolate stars or edible gold dust

Spoon yogurt into a cup

Add a dollop (1 tbsp) of lotus seed paste or red bean paste

Layer with fresh fruit (mandarins, pomegranate)

Sprinkle crushed biscuits

Top with mini chocolate stars or edible gold dust
