Green & White Barfi
The Green & White Barfi is a traditional Indian sweet made from condensed milk, sugar, and nuts, often flavored with cardamom. It’s recognizable by its two colored layers: a white layer, usually made with milk and cashews or coconut, and a green layer, typically flavored with pistachios or natural coloring. Soft, rich, and sweet, this dessert is a festive treat commonly served during Indian celebrations like Diwali and weddings.
