Stir-Fried Cheddar-Cauliflower Curry

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp (25 mL) butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups (500 mL) cauliflower sliced
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Milk
- 1 tsp (5 mL) cornstarch
- 2 tsp (10 mL) Thai Red Curry Paste
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Canadian Cheddar cheese shredded

Preparation
In a large skillet, melt butter on high heat and add garlic. Cook for 15 seconds and add cauliflower. Stir well.
Meanwhile, mix milk, cornstarch and curry paste in a bowl. Stir into skillet and cook for 5 minutes. Add cheese and cook until melted.
