Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1 cup (250 mL) pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped green onions
  • 8 Canadian Bocconcini cheese halved
  • 8 asparagus cooked
  • Olive oil
  • Dried oregano to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 500 °F (260 °C).

Place pizza crust on buttered pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread sauce over crust. Top with mushrooms and green onions. Place the 8 to 12 Canadian Bocconcini cheese halves on pizza. Arrange asparagus on pizza in a symmetrical pattern. Sprinkle with olive oil; season with salt, oregano and pepper.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
