Chicken & Chinese Broccoli Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Canadian Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 lb (115 g) cooked chicken diced
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Chinese broccoli or broccoli chopped
  • 1 frozen 9-inch pie shell

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C).

In a medium bowl, whisk milk and eggs until foamy.

Distribute cheese, chicken and broccoli evenly in the pie shell. Add milk mixture.

Place pie on a baking pan and bake for 30–45 minutes.
