- 2 cups (500 mL) veggies chopped
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) all-purpose flour
- 4 cups (1 L) reduced-sodium soup broth
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) 15 % cream or 18 % cream

In butter, sauté onion and then toss in your favourite veggies. Add flour and chicken broth.
