Creamy Guacamole Dip
This recipe is taken from the 1993 Milk Calendar. Delicious as a dip for pita chips, tortillas and vegetable sticks. Or use as a sauce on tacos and fajitas.

Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) sour cream
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice or lime juice fresly squeezed
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 garlic clove minced
- Dash of hot pepper sauce (optional)
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped fresh coriander or fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Peel and pit avocado. Purée all ingredients in food processor including sour cream until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
