Espresso Martini Mocktail


  • ¼ cup (60 ml/ 2 oz) Canadian half and half cream
  • ½ cup (125 ml/ 4 oz) espresso, cooled
  • ¼ cup (60 ml/ 2 oz) simple syrup
  • ¼ tsp (1 ml) vanilla extract
  • 12-16 ice cubes
  • Coffee Beans (for topping)

In a shaker, combine Canadian half and half cream, espresso, simple syrup, and vanilla extract.
