Greek Yogurt Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) tahini
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) Canadian Greek yogurt
  • 2 cans chickpeas
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) water

Preparation

Into the bowl of a blender or food processor, drop in all ingredients and blend until totally smooth. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
