Shrimp Pilaf
This is the Shrimp Pilaf recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 tbsp (5 mL) dried oregano
- 1 tbsp (5 mL) dried basil
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) pepper
- 1 cup (250 mL) 35 % cream
- 1 lb (450 g) cooked shrimps
- 3 cups (750 mL) cooked rice

Preparation
In large skillet melt butter, sauté onion and cook until it is softened about 5 min. Add green bell pepper, tomato, herbs and seasonings. Cook over medium heat for 5 min.
Add cream and bring to boil. Add shrimp and simmer for 5 min. Serve with rice.
