- 1 pkg (5 1/2 oz/175 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) corn syrup
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) whipping cream 35 %

Preparation
In medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips and corn syrup. Cook and stir over low heat until smooth.
Gradually stir in cream. Continue cooking and stirring until hot. Serve warm or cool over ice cream.
