Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie Bowls


  • 1 container (1 lb/500 g) Canadian cottage cheese (low-fat or regular)
  • 3 cups (750 mL) cored and stemmed fresh strawberries
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) almond butter
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) maple syrup
  • Garnishes, as desired
  • Granola, nuts, seeds and/or fruit
  • Dollops of Canadian plain regular or Greek yogurt
