Strawberry Cream Filled Chocolate Cups
A touch of whipped cream is often all it takes to take a dessert from humble to extraordinary. These chocolate cups are quick and easy to make, yet elegant enough to serve on any occasion. Chocolate, cream and strawberries together make a heavenly combination!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) 35 % cream chilled
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) fine sugar or icing sugar
- Fresh strawberries
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) crushed Amaretti biscuits
- 1 pkg (100 g) 8 chocolate dessert cups

Preparation
Pour chilled cream into a large bowl. Whip until soft peaks start to form. Add sugar and continue beating until firm peaks form. Reserve 8 strawberries for garnish.
Just before serving, slightly crush enough strawberries to make about 3/4 cup (180 mL). Fold crushed berries and biscuits into the cream. Spoon the mixture into chocolate cups. Garnish each cup with a sliced berry.
