Flavoured Butter for Corn on the Cob

Butter your corn on the cob with these deliciously flavoured compound butters.

  • Garlic Parmesan Butter
  • 500 ml (2 cups) Canadian butter, room temperature
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) chopped garlic
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) Canadian parmesan, grated
  • Tarragon Lemon Butter
  • 500 ml (2 cups) Canadian butter, room temperature
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) chopped tarragon
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) lemon juice
  • Chili Lime Butter
  • 500 ml (2 cups) Canadian butter, room temperature
  • 20 ml (1.25 tbsp) chili powder
  • 22.5 ml (1.5 tbps) lime juice
  • Fresh Herb Butter
  • 500 ml (2 cups) Canadian butter, room temperature
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh parsley, finely chopped
