Cod You Believe It's Shmoked Mac n’ Cheese

Consumer Recipe

By Chef Thompson Tran, Chef and Owner
The Wooden Boat, Port Moody, BC

British Columbia is well-known for its abundance of fresh sustainable seafood and artisanal quality hand-crafted products. The Simple

Consumer Recipe

This grilled cheese sandwich, developed by chef Ned Bell of British Columbia, is absolutely fantastic in its simplicity. Made with local BC cheeses such as Island Brie and Courtenay Cheddar, this grilled cheese is simple yet unique and satisfying. The Simple is prepared with wonderful, luxurious brioche and served with homemade fruit chutney, which adds a nice sweet and tangy complement to the whole meal.

Cedar Baked Cheese Duo with Birch & Blueberry Relish

Consumer Recipe

By Chef Ned Bell

This recipe is truly a double whammy! It’s the best of the best: baked and melted Velvet Blue cheese with ‘crispy’ and salty Canadian Clothbound Cheddar – both from British Columbia! The relish is delicious and so simple to make – equal parts sweet and savory – and it can be used as a garnish for baked cheese or cheese plates, barbecued or grilled fish, grilled light meats, or even poured over ice cream.
